2018 Ted shows Americans how we bop

The boppin’ dance contest in Viva Las Vegas saw a British ted win. Great and we get to see how it’s done.

Here are all the competitors at the beginning.

Now, from another angle, in full swing … or is that in full bop? (our ted appears from time to time in the background on the right).

Here are the three finalists:

And here’s a nice clip showing him strut his stuff … or is that bop his stuff?

Super glad this bloke won! My dad is a Ted and he loved every minute watching this. In fact, my dad (Keith "Piggy" Patten) Keith Patten is the reason we've been coming to Viva Las Vegas as a family since 2007!!! Already booked for next year!!!

OK, here’s a rocker in Germany dancing in 1981 (Luis Angel, Braunchweig). We’ll recognise many of the moves but what a performance! I wonder how he dances by now … Can this be topped?

‘my legs haven’t let me down yet. / Only recently I have brought such a show interlude, technique and speed still works one to one, but with the condition I had to fight something. / Let’s see, maybe I do the fun for myself and film my dancing with 47 years, then you will see it in youtube, ..’

His friend replied: Those were the times!! Memphis Boys and rock’n’roll in the early 80s!
